طراحی الگوی به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش حسابداری و مدیریت آموزشی هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای

هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین عصر دیجیتال، فرصت‌های نوینی را برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، شخصی‌سازی یادگیری، بهبود ارزشیابی و توسعه شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای فراگیران فراهم کرده است. با وجود اهمیت آموزش حسابداری در هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای، نبود یک الگوی جامع و بومی برای به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در فرآیندهای آموزشی و مدیریتی، بهره‌گیری مؤثر از این فناوری را با چالش مواجه ساخته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش حسابداری و مدیریت آموزشی هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، از نوع آمیخته (کیفی–کمی) است. در بخش کیفی، مؤلفه‌های الگو از طریق بررسی منابع علمی معتبر، اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان حوزه مدیریت آموزشی، فناوری آموزشی و آموزش حسابداری استخراج شد. در بخش کمی، اعتبار الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد الگوی پیشنهادی از شش بُعد اصلی شامل زیرساخت‌های فناورانه، توانمندسازی سرمایه انسانی، برنامه درسی هوشمند، راهبردهای نوین تدریس، ارزشیابی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی و رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی هوشمند تشکیل شده است. نتایج همچنین بیانگر آن است که به‌کارگیری هدفمند هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند موجب افزایش کیفیت یادگیری، ارتقای مهارت‌های تخصصی حسابداری، بهبود تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی، افزایش تعامل هنرآموز و هنرجو، شخصی‌سازی آموزش، کاهش خطاهای آموزشی و ارتقای بهره‌وری مدیریت هنرستان شود. بر این اساس، اجرای الگوی پیشنهادی می‌تواند به‌عنوان چارچوبی کاربردی برای سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران و هنرآموزان هنرستان‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در مسیر تحقق آموزش هوشمند و توسعه سرمایه انسانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Artificial intelligence, as one of the most important transformative technologies of the digital age, has provided new opportunities for improving the quality of education, personalizing learning, improving evaluation, and developing the professional competencies of learners. Despite the importance of accounting education in technical and vocational schools, the lack of a comprehensive and indigenous model for applying artificial intelligence in educational and management processes has made the effective use of this technology a challenge. The present study aimed to design a model for applying artificial intelligence to improve the quality of accounting education and educational management in technical and vocational schools. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of method. In the qualitative part, the components of the model were extracted through a review of reliable scientific sources, upstream documents, and semi-structured interviews with experts in the fields of educational management, educational technology, and accounting education. In the quantitative part, the validity of the proposed model was evaluated using expert opinions and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings showed that the proposed model consists of six main dimensions including technological infrastructure, human capital empowerment, smart curriculum, new teaching strategies, artificial intelligence-based evaluation, and smart educational leadership and management. The results also indicate that the targeted use of artificial intelligence can increase the quality of learning, improve specialized accounting skills, improve educational decision-making, increase student-artist interaction, personalize education, reduce educational errors, and improve the efficiency of conservatory management. Accordingly, the implementation of the proposed model can be used as a practical framework for policymakers, managers, and art students of technical and vocational conservatories in the path of realizing smart education and developing human capital.
