نقش هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت کلاس و تربیت آموزشی در بستر فضای مجازی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت کلاس درس و تربیت آموزشی در بستر فضای مجازی انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند منابع، اسناد علمی و تجارب آموزشی در بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۵ جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شده است. مدل تحلیل مطالب مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک) بوده که داده‌ها در سه سطح توصیف، تفسیر و تبیین کدگذاری و مقوله‌بندی شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد هوش مصنوعی در چهار حوزه کلانِ مدیریت کلاس، شخصی‌سازی یادگیری، ارزشیابی و ارزیابی و ارتباطات آموزشی نقش ایفا می‌کند و می‌تواند بار اداری و شناختی معلمان را به‌طور معناداری کاهش دهد. همچنین نتایج بیانگر آن است که کاربست سامانه‌های هوشمند در شناسایی سبک‌های یادگیری، تحلیل داده‌های عملکردی دانش‌آموزان و ارائه بازخورد فوری، موجب ارتقای انگیزش، مشارکت و خودتنظیمی در یادگیری شده است. با این حال، چالش‌هایی چون شکاف دیجیتال، مسائل اخلاقی و حریم خصوصی، وابستگی بیش از حد و مقاومت معلمان در پذیرش فناوری، کاربست مؤثر آن را محدود می‌سازد. در پایان، پژوهش راهکارهایی چون طراحی چارچوب اخلاقی مشخص، توانمندسازی معلمان در سواد هوش مصنوعی و تلفیق هدفمند این فناوری با رویکردهای تربیتی ارائه می‌دهد.

The present study aimed to investigate the role of artificial intelligence in classroom management and educational training in the context of virtual space. The method of this study is qualitative and descriptive-analytical, and using a systematic review approach, scientific documents and educational experiences were collected and analyzed between 2015 and 2025. The content analysis model was based on thematic analysis, and the data were coded and categorized at three levels of description, interpretation and explanation. The findings of the study show that artificial intelligence plays a role in four major areas of classroom management, personalized learning, evaluation and assessment, and educational communication, and can significantly reduce the administrative and cognitive burden of teachers. The results also indicate that the application of intelligent systems in identifying learning styles, analyzing student performance data, and providing immediate feedback has improved motivation, participation, and self-regulation in learning. However, challenges such as the digital divide, ethical and privacy issues, overdependence, and teacher resistance to adopting technology limit its effective application. Finally, the research offers solutions such as designing a clear ethical framework, empowering teachers in AI literacy, and purposefully integrating this technology with educational approaches.
