طراحی و اعتباربخشی برنامه درسی مهارت‌محور در دوره ابتدایی با تاکید بر آموزش‌های شایستگی‌محور

آموزش ابتدایی پایه و اساس نظام تعلیم و تربیت هر کشوری را تشکیل می‌دهد و نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در شکل‌گیری شخصیت و مهارت‌های بنیادین دانش‌آموزان دارد. در دهه‌های اخیر، با تغییرات سریع و گسترده در عرصه‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فناوری، نیاز به بازنگری در برنامه‌های درسی سنتی و حرکت به سمت رویکردهای نوین آموزشی بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. یکی از این رویکردهای کارآمد، برنامه درسی مهارت‌محور با تاکید بر آموزش‌های شایستگی‌محور است که هدف آن پرورش انسان‌هایی توانمند، خلاق و آماده برای مواجهه با چالش‌های دنیای واقعی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتباربخشی یک برنامه درسی مهارت‌محور جامع برای دوره ابتدایی انجام شده است تا بتواند پاسخگوی نیازهای متغیر جامعه امروز باشد. این مطالعه از نوع مروری و تحلیلی بوده و با بررسی عمیق اسناد، مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی درسی، ابعاد و مولفه‌های کلیدی آموزش شایستگی‌محور را شناسایی نموده است. نتایج این بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که یک برنامه درسی مطلوب باید فراتر از انتقال صرف دانش نظری عمل کرده و بر تلفیق دانش، نگرش و مهارت‌های عملی تمرکز نماید. اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز چنین برنامه‌ای نیازمند توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی دانش‌آموزان، تنوع فرهنگی، بومی‌سازی محتوا و همچنین توانمندسازی معلمان به عنوان مجریان اصلی آموزش است. علاوه بر این، بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین و ایجاد محیط‌های یادگیری تعاملی می‌تواند اثربخشی آموزش‌های مهارت‌محور را به طور قابل توجهی افزایش دهد. در نهایت، الگوی پیشنهادی این پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان یک چارچوب راهنما برای سیاست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی در جهت ارتقای کیفیت آموزش ابتدایی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Primary education forms the foundation of any country's education system and plays a decisive role in shaping the personality and fundamental skills of students. In recent decades, with rapid and widespread changes in the social, economic, and technological fields, the need to review traditional curricula and move towards new educational approaches has become more and more felt. One of these effective approaches is the skill-based curriculum with an emphasis on competency-based education, which aims to cultivate capable, creative, and ready-to-face human beings to face the challenges of the real world. The present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a comprehensive skill-based curriculum for the primary school so that it can meet the changing needs of today's society. This study is a review and analysis and, by examining in-depth documents, theoretical foundations, and the history of domestic and foreign research in the field of curriculum planning, has identified the key dimensions and components of competency-based education. The results of these studies indicate that a desirable curriculum should go beyond the mere transfer of theoretical knowledge and focus on integrating knowledge, attitudes, and practical skills. Successful implementation of such a program requires attention to individual differences among students, cultural diversity, localization of content, and empowerment of teachers as the main implementers of education. In addition, the use of new technologies and the creation of interactive learning environments can significantly increase the effectiveness of skill-based education. Finally, the model proposed in this study can be used as a guiding framework for policymakers and educational planners to improve the quality of primary education.
