صنایع دستی، بهویژه سوزندوزی بلوچ، از دیرباز نقشی فراتر از یک هنر تزئینی برای زنان بلوچ ایفا کرده است. این پژوهش با روش اسنادی-کتابخانهای و مرور نظاممند منابع منتشرشده بین سالهای ۱۳۹۰ تا ۱۴۰۲، به بررسی تأثیر سوزندوزی بر توانمندسازی اقتصادی زنان بلوچ میپردازد. یافتهها نشاندهنده تصویری دوگانه است: از یک سو، سوزندوزی با ایجاد اشتغال خانگی، افزایش درآمد شخصی و تقویت منزلت اجتماعی، گام مهمی در مسیر استقلال مالی زنان برداشته است. از سوی دیگر، چالشهایی چون نبود برندسازی، استثمار واسطهها، دشواری دسترسی به بازارهای بزرگ و کمبود مواد اولیه، این توانمندسازی را محدود و شکننده ساخته است. نتیجهگیری پژوهش آن است که سوزندوزی، دریچهای به سوی توانمندسازی زنان بلوچ گشوده، اما برای پایداری این دستاورد، مداخلات ساختاری در زنجیره ارزش این هنر ضروری است.
Handicrafts, especially Baloch embroidery, have long played a role beyond a decorative art for Baloch women. This study, using a documentary-library method and a systematic review of sources published between 2011 and 2023, examines the impact of embroidery on the economic empowerment of Baloch women. The findings show a dual picture: on the one hand, embroidery has taken an important step towards women's financial independence by creating home employment, increasing personal income, and strengthening social status. On the other hand, challenges such as lack of branding, exploitation of intermediaries, difficulty in accessing large markets, and shortage of raw materials have made this empowerment limited and fragile. The conclusion of the study is that embroidery has opened a window to the empowerment of Baloch women, but for this achievement to be sustainable, structural interventions in the value chain of this art are necessary.
