آموزش ابتدایی، زیربناییترین دوره نظام تعلیم و تربیت است؛ زیرا شخصیت، عادتهای یادگیری، مهارتهای ارتباطی و بنیانهای شناختی دانشآموزان در این دوره شکل میگیرد. با این حال، این مقطع با چالشهای متعددی مانند ناهمگونی تواناییهای یادگیرندگان، کمبود امکانات آموزشی، تراکم کلاسها، ضعف در ارزشیابی کیفی، نابرابریهای منطقهای، فاصله میان برنامه درسی رسمی و اجراشده و نیز محدودیت در توانمندسازی حرفهای معلمان مواجه است. در این میان، نگرش معلم به یادگیری، کودک، عدالت آموزشی و قابلیت رشد دانشآموزان، نقشی تعیینکننده در کیفیت مواجهه با این چالشها دارد. پژوهش حاضر با روش مروری و با اتکا به منابع معتبر فارسی، به تحلیل چالشهای آموزش ابتدایی و بررسی نقش امکانات و نگرش معلم در برطرف کردن آنها میپردازد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که هرچند امکانات فیزیکی، فناورانه و محتوایی در کیفیت آموزش موثرند، اما نگرش حرفهای، منعطف، رشدگرا و مسئلهمحور معلم میتواند حتی در شرایط محدود نیز بخشی از موانع را کاهش دهد. همچنین، همافزایی میان امکانات مدرسه، مدیریت آموزشی، مشارکت خانواده و نگرش تحولآفرین معلم، شرط اصلی ارتقای کیفیت آموزش ابتدایی است. بر این اساس، بازآموزی معلمان، توسعه منابع آموزشی، کاهش نابرابریها، تقویت یادگیری فعال و بازنگری در سیاستهای اجرایی، از مهمترین پیشنهادهای کاربردی این پژوهش به شمار میرود.
Primary education is the most fundamental course of the education system; Because the personality, learning habits, communication skills and cognitive foundations of students are formed in this course. However, this stage faces many challenges such as the heterogeneity of learners' abilities, lack of educational facilities, overcrowding of classes, weakness in qualitative evaluation, regional disparities, the gap between the formal and implemented curriculum, and limitations in the professional empowerment of teachers. In the meantime, the teacher's attitude towards learning, the child, educational justice and students' ability to grow play a decisive role in the quality of facing these challenges. The present research analyzes the challenges of primary education and examines the role of facilities and the teacher's attitude in solving them with a review method and relying on reliable Persian sources. The findings show that although physical, technological and content facilities are effective in the quality of education, the teacher's professional, flexible, developmental and problem-oriented attitude can reduce some of the obstacles even in limited conditions. Also, the synergy between school facilities, educational management, family participation and teacher's transformative attitude is the main condition for improving the quality of primary education. Based on this, retraining teachers, developing educational resources, reducing inequalities, strengthening active learning and revising executive policies are among the most important practical suggestions of this research.
