فناوریهای نوین در دهههای اخیر به یکی از مهمترین عوامل تحول در نظامهای آموزشی جهان تبدیل شدهاند و مدارس نیز به عنوان نخستین بستر رسمی یادگیری، بیش از گذشته تحت تأثیر این دگرگونی قرار گرفتهاند. استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند رایانه، اینترنت، تختههای هوشمند، سامانههای مدیریت یادگیری، محتوای دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی، فرصتهای تازهای برای بهبود کیفیت آموزش، افزایش مشارکت دانشآموزان، تنوعبخشی به روشهای تدریس و تقویت یادگیری فردمحور فراهم کرده است. این فناوریها میتوانند فرایند آموزش را از حالت سنتی و یکسویه خارج کرده و زمینه تعامل، خلاقیت، دسترسی سریع به اطلاعات و توسعه مهارتهای قرن بیستویکم را فراهم آورند. با این حال، بهرهگیری از فناوریهای نوین در مدارس با چالشهایی نیز همراه است؛ از جمله نابرابری در دسترسی به امکانات، کمبود زیرساختهای فنی، ضعف مهارت دیجیتال معلمان و دانشآموزان، احتمال کاهش تعامل انسانی، وابستگی بیش از حد به ابزارها و تهدیدهای فرهنگی و اخلاقی در فضای مجازی. از این رو، موفقیت در بهکارگیری این فناوریها نیازمند برنامهریزی دقیق، سیاستگذاری آموزشی مناسب، آموزش نیروی انسانی و توجه همزمان به ابعاد فنی، تربیتی و اجتماعی است. مقاله حاضر با رویکردی تحلیلی به بررسی مهمترین فرصتها و چالشهای استفاده از فناوریهای نوین در مدارس میپردازد و بر ضرورت استفاده آگاهانه، هدفمند و متعادل از این ظرفیتها در راستای ارتقای نظام آموزشی تأکید میکند.
Modern technologies have, in recent decades, become one of the most important factors transforming educational systems around the world, and schools, as the first formal setting for learning, have been increasingly influenced by this change. The use of tools such as computers, the internet, smart boards, learning management systems, digital content, and artificial intelligence has created new opportunities to improve the quality of education, increase student participation, diversify teaching methods, and strengthen personalized learning. These technologies can move the educational process beyond its traditional and one-way form and provide a basis for interaction, creativity, rapid access to information, and the development of twenty-first-century skills. However, the use of modern technologies in schools is also accompanied by challenges, including inequality in access to facilities, a lack of technical infrastructure, weak digital skills among teachers and students, the possible reduction of human interaction, excessive dependence on tools, and cultural and ethical threats in cyberspace. Therefore, successful implementation of these technologies requires careful planning, appropriate educational policymaking, human resource training, and simultaneous attention to technical, pedagogical, and social dimensions. This article, using an analytical approach, examines the most important opportunities and challenges of using modern technologies in schools and emphasizes the necessity of conscious, purposeful, and balanced use of these capacities in order to enhance the educational system.
