یادگیری سازمانی یکی از مهمترین رویکردهای توسعه ظرفیتهای انسانی در سازمانهای آموزشی به شمار میآید و میتواند نقش تعیینکنندهای در بهبود عملکرد حرفهای مدیران و معاونان آموزشی داشته باشد. معاونان آموزشی هنرستانها به دلیل تنوع مسئولیتها در برنامهریزی، نظارت، هماهنگی، تصمیمگیری و مدیریت فرایندهای آموزشی و تربیتی، نیازمند برخورداری از شایستگیهای حرفهای مستمر و بهروز هستند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش یادگیری سازمانی در بهبود عملکرد حرفهای معاونان آموزشی هنرستانها است. روش پژوهش از نوع مروری بوده و بر پایه بررسی و تحلیل منابع علمی مرتبط با یادگیری سازمانی، مدیریت آموزشی و عملکرد حرفهای انجام شده است. نتایج مرور نشان میدهد که یادگیری سازمانی از طریق ایجاد فرصتهای یادگیری مستمر، تسهیم دانش، تقویت همکاری، دریافت بازخورد سازنده، اصلاح خطاها و حمایت از نوآوری، زمینه ارتقای شایستگیهای حرفهای معاونان آموزشی را فراهم میکند. همچنین، وجود فرهنگ یادگیری در هنرستانها موجب افزایش توانایی معاونان در تصمیمگیری، حل مسائل آموزشی، برقراری ارتباط مؤثر، مدیریت تغییر، هماهنگی برنامههای نظری و عملی و پاسخگویی به نیازهای متغیر محیطهای فنی و حرفهای میشود. در مجموع، یافتهها نشان میدهد که یادگیری فردی، گروهی و سازمانی به صورت مکمل، میتوانند کیفیت عملکرد حرفهای معاونان آموزشی را ارتقا دهند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد میشود مدارس و هنرستانها با ایجاد بستر مشارکت، تشکیل اجتماعات یادگیری حرفهای و ارائه آموزشهای نیازمحور، زمینه رشد حرفهای معاونان آموزشی را تقویت کنند.
Organizational learning is considered one of the most critical approaches to developing human capacities in educational organizations and can play a decisive role in improving the professional performance of principals and assistant principals. Due to the diversity of their responsibilities in planning, supervision, coordination, decision-making, and managing educational and training processes, assistant principals of vocational schools need to possess continuous and up-to-date professional competencies. This study aims to examine the role of organizational learning in improving the professional performance of vocational school assistant principals. The research methodology is review-based, relying on the examination and analysis of scientific literature related to organizational learning, educational management, and professional performance. The review findings indicate that organizational learning facilitates the enhancement of assistant principals' professional competencies by creating continuous learning opportunities, promoting knowledge sharing, strengthening collaboration, receiving constructive feedback, correcting errors, and supporting innovation. Furthermore, the presence of a learning culture in vocational schools increases the capacity of assistant principals in decision-making, resolving educational issues, establishing effective communication, managing change, coordinating theoretical and practical curricula, and responding to the dynamic needs of technical and vocational environments. Overall, the findings demonstrate that individual, group, and organizational learning function complementarily to elevate the quality of assistant principals' professional performance. Consequently, it is recommended that schools and vocational institutions foster the professional growth of assistant principals by creating a collaborative environment, establishing professional learning communities, and providing need-based training.
