چکیده

تحولات سریع فناوری در سال‌های اخیر، شیوه‌های آموزش و یادگیری را با تغییرات اساسی مواجه ساخته است. در میان فناوری‌های نوظهور، هوش مصنوعی به دلیل توانایی پردازش اطلاعات، تحلیل داده‌های آموزشی، تولید محتوای متناسب، ارائه بازخورد و پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری‌های آموزشی، ظرفیت قابل توجهی برای ایجاد تغییر در فرایند یاددهی ـ یادگیری دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین زمینه‌های استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی دانش‌آموزان و حرکت از آموزش یکسان به سمت یادگیری متناسب با نیازهای هر دانش‌آموز است. دانش‌آموزان از نظر توانایی‌های شناختی، پیش‌دانسته‌ها، سرعت یادگیری، علایق، انگیزه، تجربه‌های آموزشی و شرایط فردی تفاوت دارند و همین تفاوت‌ها باعث می‌شود استفاده از یک روش ثابت آموزشی برای همه یادگیرندگان همیشه نتایج مطلوبی نداشته باشد.مقاله حاضر با رویکرد علمی ـ ترویجی و با استفاده از منابع علمی مرتبط، به بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی دربهبود یادگیری دانش‌آموزان با تأکید بر نیازهای فردی و تفاوت‌های آموزشی می‌پردازد. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی مفهوم هوش مصنوعی آموزشی و مبانی نظری یادگیری، رابطه میان فناوری هوشمند، یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده، تفاوت‌های فردی، نقش معلم و کیفیت یادگیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. همچنین فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های استفاده از هوش مصنوعی، ضرورت سواد هوش مصنوعی، نقش معلم در نظارت و تفسیر داده‌ها، عدالت آموزشی و ملاحظات اخلاقی مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in recent years have brought about fundamental changes in teaching and learning practices. Among emerging technologies, artificial intelligence has a significant capacity to change the teaching-learning process due to its ability to process information, analyze educational data, produce tailored content, provide feedback, and support educational decisions. One of the most important areas of using artificial intelligence in education is to pay attention to individual differences among students and move from uniform education to learning tailored to each student's needs. Students differ in terms of cognitive abilities, prior knowledge, learning speed, interests, motivation, educational experiences, and individual circumstances, and these differences mean that using a fixed educational method for all learners does not always produce desirable results. The present article, with a scientific-promotional approach and using relevant scientific sources, examines the role of artificial intelligence in improving student learning with an emphasis on individual needs and educational differences. This article examines the concept of educational artificial intelligence and the theoretical foundations of learning, as well as the relationship between smart technology, personalized learning, individual differences, the role of the teacher, and the quality of learning. It also examines the opportunities and challenges of using artificial intelligence, the necessity of AI literacy, the role of the teacher in monitoring and interpreting data, educational justice, and ethical considerations.
