چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش فناوری‌های آموزشی در بهبود مدیریت کلاس و افزایش تعامل هنرجویان با هنرآموز انجام شده است. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است تأثیر ابزارهای دیجیتال، سامانه‌های آموزش مجازی، تخته‌های هوشمند، نرم‌افزارهای آموزشی و شبکه‌های ارتباطی بر فرایند آموزش و مدیریت کلاس تحلیل شود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مطالعه منابع علمی، اسناد آموزشی و بررسی یافته‌های پژوهش‌های پیشین گردآوری شده است. برای تحلیل مطالب از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و طبقه‌بندی موضوعی استفاده شده است. در این فرایند، در این فرایند، مفاهیم مرتبط با مدیریت کلاس، مشارکت هنآموز و یادگیری تعاملی استخراج و دسته‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که فناوری‌های آموزشی با فراهم کردن فرصت‌های متنوع برای ارائه محتوا، موجب افزایش جذابیت و اثربخشی آموزش می‌شوند. همچنین استفاده هدفمند از فناوری، ارتباط میان هنرآموز و هنرجویان را تسهیل کرده و امکان بازخورد سریع و مستمر را فراهم می‌سازد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که ابزارهای آموزشی دیجیتال می‌توانند به کاهش بی‌نظمی، افزایش تمرکز و بهبود مدیریت زمان در کلاس کمک کنند. فناوری همچنین زمینه مشارکت فعال‌تر هنرجویان، همکاری گروهی و بیان دیدگاه‌های آنان را افزایش می‌دهد. با این حال، نبود زیرساخت مناسب، کمبود مهارت‌های دیجیتال و استفاده نادرست از فناوری می‌تواند اثربخشی آن را کاهش دهد. بنابراین، موفقیت فناوری‌های آموزشی به توانمندی هنرآموز، برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و تناسب ابزار با نیازهای یادگیری هنرجویان وابسته است. در مجموع، بهره‌گیری آگاهانه و هدفمند از فناوری‌های آموزشی می‌تواند مدیریت کلاس را بهبود بخشیده و تعامل، انگیزه و مشارکت هنرجویان با هنرآموز را افزایش دهد.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of educational technologies in improving classroom management and increasing student-teacher interaction. This study attempts to analyze the impact of digital tools, virtual learning systems, smart boards, educational software, and communication networks on the education and classroom management process. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of implementation. Research data was collected through the study of scientific sources, educational documents, and the findings of previous research. Qualitative content analysis and thematic classification were used to analyze the materials. In this process, concepts related to classroom management, student participation, and interactive learning were extracted and categorized. The results showed that educational technologies increase the attractiveness and effectiveness of education by providing diverse opportunities for presenting content. Also, the targeted use of technology facilitates communication between students and teachers and allows for rapid and continuous feedback. The findings suggest that digital learning tools can help reduce clutter, increase focus, and improve time management in the classroom. Technology also increases the scope for more active student participation, teamwork, and expression of viewpoints. However, the lack of appropriate infrastructure, lack of digital skills, and improper use of technology can reduce its effectiveness. Therefore, the success of educational technologies depends on the ability of the student, educational planning, and the suitability of the tool to the learning needs of the students. Overall, the conscious and purposeful use of educational technologies can improve classroom management and increase student interaction, motivation, and participation with the student.
