تبیین نقش شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و مهارت‌های ارتباطی معلمان در ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری

کیفیت آموزش یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل توسعه نظام‌های آموزشی و تحقق اهداف تعلیم و تربیت است که نقش معلمان در آن بسیار تعیین‌کننده است. معلمان علاوه بر تسلط بر دانش تخصصی، باید از شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مؤثر برخوردار باشند تا بتوانند محیطی پویا، مشارکت‌محور و انگیزه‌بخش برای یادگیری دانش‌آموزان فراهم کنند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و مهارت‌های ارتباطی معلمان در ارتقای کیفیت یادگیری، افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی–تحلیلی و بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق بررسی کتاب‌ها، مقالات علمی معتبر داخلی و خارجی، اسناد و گزارش‌های علمی گردآوری و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان، از جمله تسلط بر دانش تخصصی، به‌کارگیری روش‌های نوین تدریس، مدیریت کلاس و ارزشیابی آموزشی، در کنار مهارت‌های ارتباطی مانند همدلی، گوش دادن فعال، احترام متقابل و ارائه بازخورد سازنده، تأثیر چشمگیری بر کیفیت یادگیری، افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی، بهبود عملکرد آموزشی و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان دارد. همچنین، توسعه حرفه‌ای مستمر معلمان و تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی آنان می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت نظام آموزشی و تربیت دانش‌آموزانی خلاق، مسئولیت‌پذیر و توانمند منجر شود. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌های توانمندسازی معلمان به‌صورت هم‌زمان بر توسعه شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و مهارت‌های ارتباطی تمرکز داشته باشند تا زمینه تحقق اهداف آموزشی و تربیتی در مدارس فراهم شود.

The quality of education is one of the most important factors in the development of educational systems and the achievement of educational goals, in which the role of teachers is very decisive. In addition to mastering specialized knowledge, teachers must have professional competencies and effective communication skills in order to provide a dynamic, participatory, and motivating environment for students to learn. The aim of this research is to examine the role of teachers' professional competencies and communication skills in improving the quality of learning, increasing academic motivation, and active participation of students. This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and based on library studies. The research data were collected through a review of books, domestic and foreign reputable scientific articles, documents, and scientific reports, and analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method. The findings showed that teachers' professional competencies, including mastery of specialized knowledge, application of modern teaching methods, classroom management and educational evaluation, along with communication skills such as empathy, active listening, mutual respect and providing constructive feedback, have a significant impact on the quality of learning, increasing academic motivation, improving educational performance and active participation of students. Also, continuous professional development of teachers and strengthening their communication skills can lead to improving the quality of the education system and training creative, responsible and capable students. Accordingly, it is suggested that teacher empowerment programs focus simultaneously on developing professional competencies and communication skills to provide the basis for achieving educational and training goals in schools.
