بهبود تعامل معلم و دانش آموز در کلاس درس با استفاده از سامانه های هوشمند

پیشرفت‌های چشمگیر در حوزه‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دهه‌های اخیر، تمامی ابعاد زندگی بشر از جمله حوزه‌های آموزشی و پرورشی را با تحولاتی بنیادین و ساختاری مواجه ساخته است. در این میان، سامانه‌های هوشمند مبتنی بر فناوری‌های نوین و الگوریتم‌های پیشرفته یادگیری ماشین، توانسته‌اند رویکردهای سنتی آموزش را تغییر داده و فضایی تعاملی، پویا و شخصی‌سازی‌شده برای یادگیرندگان فراهم آورند. هدف اصلی این مقاله مروری، بررسی و تحلیل جامع ابعاد مختلف بهبود تعامل میان آموزگاران و فراگیران در محیط‌های کلاس درس با بهره‌گیری از سامانه‌های هوشمند و محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی است. در این راستا، با استفاده از روش مطالعه اسنادی و مرور نظام‌مند منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مقالات، پژوهش‌ها و دستاوردهای علمی مرتبط با این حوزه مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج این بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که به‌کارگیری ابزارهای هوشمند نه تنها به تسهیل فرایند انتقال دانش کمک می‌کند، بلکه با ایجاد بازخوردهای فوری، شخصی‌سازی مسیر یادگیری بر اساس نیازها و توانمندی‌های هر فرد و همچنین افزایش انگیزه و مشارکت فعال فراگیران، کیفیت تعاملات آموزشی را به میزان قابل توجهی ارتقا می‌بخشد. سامانه‌های هوشمند با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های رفتاری و عملکردی، به آموزگاران این امکان را می‌دهند تا شناخت عمیق‌تری از وضعیت تحصیلی و چالش‌های پیش روی فراگیران به دست آورده و راهبردهای آموزشی خود را بر این اساس تنظیم نمایند. در نهایت، این مقاله بر لزوم توسعه زیرساخت‌های فناوری در مدارس، توانمندسازی کادر آموزشی جهت استفاده مؤثر از این ابزارها و اتخاذ سیاست‌های کلان آموزشی در راستای همگامی با تحولات دیجیتال تأکید می‌ورزد تا بتوان از ظرفیت‌های بی‌نظیر این فناوری‌ها در جهت اعتلای نظام تعلیم و تربیت بهره‌برداری نمود.

Significant advances in information and communication technology in recent decades have brought fundamental and structural changes to all aspects of human life, including education and training. Meanwhile, intelligent systems based on new technologies and advanced machine learning algorithms have been able to change traditional approaches to education and provide an interactive, dynamic, and personalized space for learners. The main goal of this review article is to comprehensively examine and analyze various aspects of improving interaction between teachers and learners in classroom environments by utilizing intelligent systems and e-learning environments. In this regard, using the method of document study and systematic review of library resources, articles, research, and scientific achievements related to this field have been carefully examined. The results of these studies show that the use of smart tools not only helps to facilitate the knowledge transfer process, but also significantly improves the quality of educational interactions by providing immediate feedback, personalizing the learning path based on the needs and capabilities of each individual, and increasing the motivation and active participation of learners. By analyzing behavioral and performance data, smart systems allow teachers to gain a deeper understanding of the academic status and challenges facing learners and adjust their educational strategies accordingly. Finally, this article emphasizes the need to develop technology infrastructure in schools, empower teaching staff to use these tools effectively, and adopt macro-educational policies in line with digital developments so that the unique capacities of these technologies can be exploited to improve the education system.
