سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش به عنوان مهمترین سند راهبردی نظام آموزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، چارچوبی جامع برای تحقق اهداف تربیتی در ابعاد مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اخلاقی ارائه میدهد. تحقق عملی این اهداف تا حد زیادی به نقش و عملکرد معلمان به عنوان مهمترین عامل انسانی در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت وابسته است. در این میان، آموزش معلمان و ارتقای صلاحیتهای حرفهای آنان یکی از مؤلفههای اساسی برای اجرای مؤثر برنامههای تحولآفرین در نظام آموزشی محسوب میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش آموزش معلمان در تحقق اهداف تربیتی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات مروری بوده و با استفاده از تحلیل منابع علمی مرتبط با تعلیم و تربیت، روانشناسی تربیتی، مدیریت آموزشی و اسناد بالادستی آموزش و پرورش صورت گرفته است. نتایج بررسی منابع نشان میدهد که آموزش معلمان در سه حوزه اصلی دانش حرفهای، مهارتهای آموزشی و نگرشهای تربیتی نقش تعیینکنندهای در تحقق اهداف سند تحول بنیادین دارد. همچنین توسعه حرفهای مستمر معلمان، آشنایی آنان با رویکردهای نوین آموزشی، تقویت توانمندیهای تربیتی و ایجاد نگرش مسئولانه نسبت به تربیت همهجانبه دانشآموزان از جمله عواملی هستند که میتوانند زمینه تحقق اهداف تربیتی این سند را فراهم سازند. یافتهها همچنین نشان میدهد که بدون توجه جدی به نظام آموزش و توانمندسازی معلمان، اجرای کامل اهداف تربیتی سند تحول بنیادین با چالشهای جدی مواجه خواهد شد. بر این اساس، برنامهریزی هدفمند برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش معلمان، بازنگری در برنامههای تربیت معلم و فراهم کردن فرصتهای یادگیری حرفهای مستمر از الزامات اساسی تحقق اهداف تربیتی در نظام آموزشی کشور به شمار میرود.
Here is the academic translation of the abstract into English: **Abstract** The Fundamental Transformation Document of Education, as the most critical strategic document of the Islamic Republic of Iran's educational system, provides a comprehensive framework for realizing educational objectives across individual, social, cultural, and moral dimensions. The practical achievement of these objectives is largely dependent upon the role and performance of teachers as the primary human factor in the teaching and learning process. In this regard, teacher training and the enhancement of their professional competencies are considered essential components for the effective implementation of transformative programs within the educational system. This study aims to investigate the role of teacher training in realizing the educational goals of the Fundamental Transformation Document. Conducted as a review study, the research utilizes an analysis of scientific sources related to education, educational psychology, educational management, and upstream educational documents. The findings indicate that teacher training, across three key domains—professional knowledge, pedagogical skills, and educational attitudes—plays a decisive role in achieving the goals of the Fundamental Transformation Document. Furthermore, continuous professional development, familiarity with modern educational approaches, the strengthening of pedagogical capabilities, and the cultivation of a responsible attitude toward the holistic development of students are among the factors that can facilitate the realization of the document's educational goals. The findings also demonstrate that without serious attention to the system of teacher training and empowerment, the full implementation of the educational objectives of the Fundamental Transformation Document will face significant challenges. Accordingly, purposeful planning to improve the quality of teacher training, the revision of teacher education programs, and the provision of continuous professional learning opportunities are fundamental requirements for achieving educational goals within the country's education system.
