چکیده

امروزه توجه به کیفیت فرآیندهای آموزشی بیش از پیش مورد تأکید نظام‌های آموزشی قرار گرفته است. در این میان، نقش معلم به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل اثرگذار بر یادگیری دانش‌آموزان اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. علاوه بر دانش تخصصی و مهارت‌های فنی تدریس، مجموعه‌ای از توانایی‌ها با عنوان «مهارت‌های نرم» نقش مهمی در موفقیت آموزشی ایفا می‌کنند. مهارت‌های نرم شامل توانایی‌هایی مانند ارتباط مؤثر، همدلی، مدیریت هیجان، کار تیمی، تفکر انتقادی، حل مسئله و مدیریت کلاس هستند که به معلمان کمک می‌کنند محیطی حمایتی و انگیزه‌بخش برای یادگیری ایجاد کنند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش مهارت‌های نرم معلمان در بهبود یادگیری دانش‌آموزان است. روش پژوهش از نوع مروری بوده و با بررسی منابع معتبر در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت، روان‌شناسی تربیتی و مدیریت آموزشی انجام شده است. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که برخورداری معلمان از مهارت‌های نرم موجب افزایش تعامل مثبت میان معلم و دانش‌آموز، ارتقای انگیزش تحصیلی، بهبود فضای عاطفی کلاس درس و افزایش مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان در فرآیند یادگیری می‌شود. همچنین این مهارت‌ها به معلمان کمک می‌کنند تا تفاوت‌های فردی دانش‌آموزان را بهتر درک کرده و راهبردهای آموزشی متناسب‌تری به کار گیرند. در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که توسعه مهارت‌های نرم در معلمان یکی از عوامل کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و بهبود نتایج یادگیری دانش‌آموزان است؛ بنابراین توجه به آموزش و تقویت این مهارت‌ها در برنامه‌های تربیت معلم و دوره‌های توانمندسازی حرفه‌ای معلمان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
