چکیده

تحقق اهداف تربیتی در نظام آموزشی نیازمند به‌کارگیری رویکردها و راهبردهای تدریسی است که یادگیرندگان را به صورت فعال در فرآیند یادگیری درگیر کند. در اسناد تحول‌آفرین آموزشی، به‌ویژه سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، بر تربیت همه‌جانبه، رشد متوازن ابعاد مختلف شخصیت دانش‌آموزان و مشارکت فعال آنان در فرآیند یادگیری تأکید شده است. در این میان، راهبردهای تدریس فعال به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای تحقق چنین اهدافی مطرح شده‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش راهبردهای تدریس فعال در تحقق اهداف تربیتی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش است. روش پژوهش از نوع مروری بوده و با استفاده از تحلیل منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد علمی مرتبط انجام شده است. در این راستا، مفاهیم مرتبط با تدریس فعال، ویژگی‌ها و اصول آن و همچنین اهداف تربیتی مورد تأکید در سند تحول بنیادین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس ارتباط میان این دو حوزه تحلیل شده است. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که راهبردهای تدریس فعال با تأکید بر یادگیری مشارکتی، حل مسئله، تفکر انتقادی، یادگیری اکتشافی و تعامل معلم و دانش‌آموز می‌توانند زمینه تحقق اهدافی نظیر پرورش تفکر، مسئولیت‌پذیری، خودآگاهی، مهارت‌های اجتماعی و یادگیری مادام‌العمر را فراهم کنند. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از روش‌های فعال تدریس موجب افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی، تعمیق یادگیری و تقویت ابعاد شناختی، عاطفی و مهارتی دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که به‌کارگیری راهبردهای تدریس فعال یکی از پیش‌نیازهای اساسی برای تحقق اهداف تربیتی سند تحول بنیادین در نظام آموزشی به شمار می‌آید.

Abstract

The realization of educational goals within the school system necessitates the implementation of instructional approaches and strategies that actively engage learners in the learning process. Transformative educational documents—most notably the Fundamental Reform Document of Education—emphasize holistic development, the balanced growth of various dimensions of a student’s personality, and their active participation in the learning process. In this context, active teaching strategies have emerged as one of the most critical tools for achieving such objectives. The aim of the present study is to examine the role of active teaching strategies in achieving the educational goals outlined in the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. The research follows a review-based methodology, utilizing the analysis of library resources and relevant scientific documents. To this end, concepts related to active teaching, its characteristics and principles, as well as the educational goals emphasized in the Fundamental Reform Document, were examined, followed by an analysis of the correlation between these two domains. The findings indicate that active teaching strategies—with their emphasis on collaborative learning, problem-solving, critical thinking, discovery learning, and teacher-student interaction—can facilitate the achievement of goals such as fostering thought, responsibility, self-awareness, social skills, and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the results demonstrate that the use of active instructional methods enhances academic motivation, deepens learning, and strengthens the cognitive, emotional, and skill-based dimensions of students. Consequently, it can be concluded that the implementation of active teaching strategies constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for realizing the educational objectives of the Fundamental Reform Document within the educational system.
