چکیده

مدیریت تفاوت‌های فردی هنرجویان در محیط‌های آموزشی، به‌ویژه در هنرستان‌ها و کارگاه‌های عملی، یکی از چالش‌های اساسی و در عین حال فرصت‌آفرین در نظام تعلیم و تربیت به شمار می‌رود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبیین راهکارهای اثربخش مدیریت تفاوت‌های فردی هنرجویان در کلاس درس است. روش پژوهش در این مطالعه از نوع مروری بوده و با بررسی اسناد، پایگاه‌های داده علمی و ادبیات پژوهشی مرتبط انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت‌های فردی هنرجویان شامل ابعاد شناختی، سبک‌های یادگیری (دیداری، شنیداری، دست‌ورزی)، تفاوت‌های انگیزشی، پیش‌زمینه استعداد فنی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی است. راهکارهای کلیدی استخراج‌شده برای مدیریت این تفاوت‌ها در سه دسته اصلی طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند: نخست، «راهکارهای آموزشی» شامل شخصی‌سازی یادگیری، آموزش متمایز و پروژه‌محوری انعطاف‌پذیر؛ دوم، «راهکارهای مدیریتی و کلاسی» شامل گروه‌بندی همگن و ناهمگن پویا و مناسب‌سازی فضا؛ و سوم، «راهکارهای روان‌شناختی و حمایتی» شامل تقویت خودکارآمدی دیجیتال و کلامی و بازخوردهای تکوینی مستمر. در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که استقرار ساختارهای توانمندساز در مدارس و ارتقای شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای هنرآموزان در حوزه روان‌شناسی تربیتی، نقشی تعیین‌کننده در کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی هنرجویان و بهبود انگیزه و عملکرد مهارتی آنان دارد. به کارگیری الگوهای تدریس چندگانه و ابزارهای متنوع آموزشی به هنرآموزان کمک می‌کند تا کلاس درس را از یک محیط یکنواخت به بستری پویا و عدالت‌محور تبدیل نمایند.

Abstract

The management of individual differences among students in educational settings, especially in technical and vocational schools and practical workshops, is one of the fundamental and, at the same time, opportunity-creating challenges in the education system. The aim of the present study was to identify and explain effective strategies for managing students’ individual differences in the classroom. The research method was review-based and was conducted through the examination of documents, scientific databases, and relevant research literature. The findings show that students’ individual differences include cognitive dimensions, learning styles (visual, auditory, and hands-on), motivational differences, prior technical aptitude, and personality traits. The key strategies identified for managing these differences are classified into three main categories: first, educational strategies, including personalized learning, differentiated instruction, and flexible project-based learning; second, managerial and classroom strategies, including dynamic homogeneous and heterogeneous grouping and the adaptation of the learning environment; and third, psychological and supportive strategies, including the strengthening of digital and verbal self-efficacy and the provision of continuous formative feedback. Ultimately, the results showed that establishing empowering structures in schools and improving vocational teachers’ professional competencies in educational psychology play a decisive role in reducing students’ academic burnout and improving their motivation and practical performance. The use of multiple teaching models and diverse instructional tools helps vocational teachers transform the classroom from a uniform environment into a dynamic and equity-oriented learning setting.
