تحول دیجیتال در سالهای اخیر به یکی از مهمترین روندهای اثرگذار بر نظامهای آموزشی تبدیل شده است. گسترش فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، سامانههای یادگیری دیجیتال، تحلیل دادههای آموزشی و فناوریهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی، شیوه دسترسی به دانش، طراحی آموزشی، تعامل میان معلم و دانشآموز و الگوهای ارزشیابی را با تغییرات قابل توجهی مواجه کرده است. با این حال، تحول دیجیتال را نمیتوان صرفاً به استفاده از تجهیزات و ابزارهای الکترونیکی در مدرسه محدود کرد؛ بلکه این تحول مستلزم بازنگری در فرایندها، نقشها، فرهنگ سازمانی و شیوه تصمیمگیری آموزشی است در این میان، معلمان از مهمترین عوامل تحقق تحول دیجیتال محسوب میشوند؛ زیرا فناوری به خودی خود تضمینکننده یادگیری مؤثر نیست و اثربخشی آن به نحوه انتخاب، تلفیق و استفاده آموزشی از فناوری وابسته است مقاله حاضر با رویکرد علمی ـ ترویجی و با استفاده از مطالعه و تحلیل منابع علمی، به بررسی فرصتها و چالشهای تحول دیجیتال در آموزشوپرورش با تأکید بر نقش معلمان و فناوریهای هوشمند میپردازد. یافتههای حاصل از بررسی منابع نشان میدهد که تحول دیجیتال میتواند فرصتهایی همچون افزایش دسترسی به منابع آموزشی، تنوعبخشی به روشهای تدریس، شخصیسازی یادگیری، تسهیل ارتباطات آموزشی، ارائه بازخورد سریع و پشتیبانی از تصمیمگیری آموزشی را فراهم کند درمقابل، چالشهایی مانند شکاف دیجیتال، تفاوت سطح شایستگی دیجیتال معلمان، محدودیت زیرساخت، حریم خصوصی و امنیت دادهها، اعتبار اطلاعات تولیدشده توسط سامانههای هوشمند و خطر وابستگی بیش از اندازه به فناوری نیز وجود دارد
Digital transformation has become one of the most important trends affecting educational systems in recent years. The expansion of information and communication technologies, digital learning systems, educational data analysis, and artificial intelligence-based technologies has brought significant changes to the way knowledge is accessed, educational design, teacher-student interaction, and evaluation models. However, digital transformation cannot be limited to the use of electronic equipment and tools in schools; rather, this transformation requires a review of processes, roles, organizational culture, and educational decision-making methods. Among them, teachers are considered to be one of the most important factors in realizing digital transformation, because technology itself does not guarantee effective learning, and its effectiveness depends on the way technology is selected, integrated, and used in education. The present article, with a scientific-promotional approach and using the study and analysis of scientific sources, examines the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in education, emphasizing the role of teachers and smart technologies. Findings from the literature review show that digital transformation can provide opportunities such as increasing access to educational resources, diversifying teaching methods, personalizing learning, facilitating educational communication, providing rapid feedback, and supporting educational decision-making. On the other hand, there are also challenges such as the digital divide, differences in teachers' digital competency levels, infrastructure limitations, data privacy and security, the credibility of information generated by intelligent systems, and the risk of over-reliance on technology.
