تعلیم و تربیت به یک معنا عبارت است از رشد قوه قضاوت صحیح در افراد. تقلید از دیگران یا پیروی از تمایلات و عادات، سبب رکود فکری و عجز او در برابر مسائل و مشکلات است. امروزه جامعه نیازمند افرادی است که فکر و خرد را حاکم بر اعمال و افکار خویش قرار می دهند و مشکلات را به گونه ابتکاری از سر راه خود برمی دارند.در دنیای پیچیده امروز هیچکس بی نیاز از تعلیم و تربیت نیست. امروز فعالیت در مدرسه و آموختن، خود بخش عظیمی از زندگی انسانهاست، دیگر نمی توان با طرز تلقی گذشته به شاگرد و تربیت او نگریست، اگر معلمان با اصول و مبانی و هدفهای تعلیم و تربیت، ویژگیهای دانش آموزان و نیازهای آنان و روشها و فنون تدریس آشنایی نداشته باشند، هرگز قادر نیستند به عنوان سازندگان جامعه ایفای نقش کنند. مهمترین عامل توسعه و پرورش ذهنی علمی در یک جامعه نظام آموزشی است، در این نظام از بدو ورود تا آخرین دوره تخصصی، اخلاق علمی، اجتماعی، شیوه برخورد با مسائل و مشکلات به طور مستقیم آموزش داده می شود. تدریس یکی از عناصر اصلی فرایند، آموزش و پرورش است که در کارایی نظام آموزشی نقش مؤثری دارد. اندیشه ها، برخوردها، روشهای نو و بدیع و خلاق عمدتاً از نظام آموزشی ما مایه می گیرد، تفکر استنباط و استنتاج در تمامی ابعاد زندگی وجود دارد، جامعه فرهنگی ما جامعه عقلی است که شیوه تفکر را منتقل می کند. تربیت عقلی است که فرد را برای تمامی کارزارهای حیات آماده می سازد.محتوای مهمترین تربیت فرهنگی اتخاذ رویکرد عقل و منطق و تدبیر در نظام آموزشی و نظام اجتماعی جامعه است، با توجه به پیشرفتهای سریع علوم و تکنولوژی نمی توان به تمام دانش موجود دست یافت و نمی توان هر شخصی را به هر خصوصیتی به کار تدریس و معلمی واداشت. اگر به دانش آموزان روش یادگیری را یاد دهیم بدین هم آنان خود خواهند آموخت که چگونه یاد بگیرند و به خود شکوفایی برسند.
Education, in a sense, is the development of the ability to judge correctly in individuals. Imitation of others or following inclinations and habits causes intellectual stagnation and helplessness in the face of problems and issues. Today, society needs people who make thought and wisdom the ruler of their actions and thoughts and solve problems in an innovative way. In today's complex world, no one is without the need for education and training. Today, school activities and learning are a huge part of human life. We can no longer look at students and their education with the same attitude as in the past. If teachers are not familiar with the principles, foundations and goals of education and training, the characteristics of students and their needs, and teaching methods and techniques, they will never be able to play a role as builders of society. The most important factor in the development and cultivation of a scientific mind in a society is the educational system. In this system, scientific and social ethics, methods of dealing with problems and issues are directly taught from the moment of entry to the last specialized course. Teaching is one of the main elements of the education and training process, which plays an effective role in the efficiency of the educational system. Ideas, approaches, new and innovative and creative methods are mainly derived from our educational system. Deductive thinking and deduction exist in all aspects of life. Our cultural society is a rational society that transmits the way of thinking. It is rational education that prepares the individual for all the campaigns of life. The most important content of cultural education is adopting the approach of reason, logic and prudence in the educational system and the social system of society. Given the rapid advances in science and technology, it is not possible to achieve all the existing knowledge and it is not possible to force every person with every characteristic to work as a teacher and teacher. If we teach students the method of learning, they will also learn how to learn and achieve self-development.
