بررسی مشکلات زیرساختی هنرستان‌ها و تبیین تأثیر آن بر کیفیت تدریس

هنرستان‌ها به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین بسترهای تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و آموزشی هر جامعه دارند. با این حال، کیفیت آموزش در این مراکز تنها به محتوای درسی و توانمندی معلمان وابسته نیست، بلکه وضعیت زیرساختی هنرستان‌ها نیز سهم مهمی در فرایند تدریس و یادگیری ایفا می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مشکلات زیرساختی هنرستان‌ها و تبیین تأثیر آن بر کیفیت تدریس انجام شده است. این مطالعه از نوع مروری بوده و با بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مقالات علمی و متون مرتبط، ابعاد مختلف زیرساخت‌های آموزشی در هنرستان‌ها شامل فضای فیزیکی، تجهیزات کارگاهی، امکانات فناوری آموزشی، ایمنی، دسترسی به مواد مصرفی، و شرایط محیطی تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که فرسودگی ساختمان‌ها، کمبود تجهیزات تخصصی، ناکافی بودن فناوری‌های آموزشی، ضعف در نگهداری کارگاه‌ها و نبود تناسب میان امکانات موجود و نیازهای رشته‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای، از مهم‌ترین موانع ارتقای کیفیت تدریس در هنرستان‌ها به شمار می‌آیند. این کاستی‌ها موجب کاهش اثربخشی آموزش عملی، افت انگیزش معلمان و هنرجویان، محدود شدن تنوع روش‌های تدریس، و کاهش فرصت‌های یادگیری مهارتی می‌شود. در نتیجه، بهبود زیرساخت‌های هنرستانی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز ارتقای کیفیت تدریس، افزایش بهره‌وری آموزشی و تقویت مهارت‌آموزی دانش‌آموزان باشد.

Technical and vocational schools, as one of the most important settings for training skilled human resources, play a decisive role in the economic, social, and educational development of any society. However, the quality of education in these centers depends not only on the curriculum content and teachers’ competencies, but also significantly on the infrastructural conditions of the schools, which play an important role in the teaching and learning process. The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the infrastructural problems of technical and vocational schools and explaining their impact on the quality of teaching. This study was review-based and, through an examination of library resources, scientific articles, and related texts, analyzed various dimensions of educational infrastructure in technical and vocational schools, including physical space, workshop equipment, educational technology facilities, safety, access to consumable materials, and environmental conditions. The findings indicate that worn-out buildings, shortages of specialized equipment, inadequate educational technologies, weak maintenance of workshops, and the mismatch between existing facilities and the needs of technical and vocational fields are among the most important barriers to improving the quality of teaching in technical and vocational schools. These shortcomings reduce the effectiveness of practical training, lower the motivation of teachers and students, limit the diversity of teaching methods, and decrease opportunities for skill-based learning. As a result, improving the infrastructure of technical and vocational schools can provide the basis for enhancing teaching quality, increasing educational efficiency, and strengthening students’ skill development.
