بررسی اثر هوش مصنوعی بر کیفیت تدریس و عملکرد معلمان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر هوش مصنوعی بر کیفیت تدریس و عملکرد معلمان (کاهش بار کاری و مدیریت زمان) انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع مروری سیستماتیک بود. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه اسناد علمی، کتاب‌ها و مقالات معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با موضوع بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۳ تا ۲۰۲۶ تشکیل دادند که بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، نمونه‌های هدفمند انتخاب و مورد تحلیل محتوا قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ادغام ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی با به عهده گرفتن وظایف اداری و تکراری، بار شناختی معلمان را کاهش داده و فرآیند طراحی آموزشی و بازخورد تکوینی را تسهیل می‌کند. در نتیجه، زمان آزادشده به تعامل عمیق‌تر معلم-دانش‌آموز اختصاص می‌یابد. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش حاکی از آن است که هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان دستیار هوشمند، کیفیت تدریس را ارتقا می‌دهد؛ اما اثربخشی آن مشروط به توسعه سواد هوش مصنوعی معلمان و فراهم‌سازی زیرساخت‌های سازمانی است.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of artificial intelligence on the quality of teaching and teacher performance (reducing workload and time management). The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of implementation method, a systematic review type. The research population consisted of all scientific documents, books, and reputable domestic and international articles related to the subject between 2013 and 2026, which were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and subjected to content analysis. The findings showed that the integration of artificial intelligence tools reduces the cognitive burden of teachers by taking on administrative and repetitive tasks and facilitates the educational design process and formative feedback. As a result, the freed time is allocated to deeper teacher-student interaction. The conclusion of the study indicates that artificial intelligence as an intelligent assistant improves the quality of teaching; however, its effectiveness is conditional on the development of teachers' AI literacy and the provision of organizational infrastructure.
