تحلیل موانع و چالش¬های بکارگیری فناوری‌های آموزشی در هنرستان

فناوری‌های آموزشی در دهه‌های اخیر به یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای ارتقای کیفیت یاددهی ـ یادگیری در نظام‌های آموزشی تبدیل شده‌اند و هنرستان‌ها نیز به عنوان مراکز تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر، بیش از دیگر مقاطع به بهره‌گیری هدفمند از این فناوری‌ها نیاز دارند. با این حال، فرایند به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های آموزشی در هنرستان‌ها با موانع و چالش‌های متعددی همراه است که می‌تواند اثربخشی آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای را کاهش دهد. هدف این مقاله، تحلیل مهم‌ترین موانع و چالش‌های به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های آموزشی در هنرستان‌ها با رویکردی مروری و تحلیلی است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که چالش‌های موجود را می‌توان در چند محور اصلی دسته‌بندی کرد: محدودیت‌های زیرساختی و تجهیزاتی، کمبود بودجه و منابع مالی، ضعف مهارت‌های فناورانه معلمان و هنرجویان، مقاومت در برابر تغییر، نبود برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی منسجم، ناهماهنگی میان محتوای درسی و ابزارهای نوین، و ضعف حمایت مدیریتی و نهادی. همچنین مشخص شد که در هنرستان‌ها، به دلیل ماهیت عملی و مهارتی آموزش، نبود فناوری‌های به‌روز و متناسب با رشته‌های فنی، تأثیر منفی بیشتری بر کیفیت آموزش برجای می‌گذارد. در نهایت، مقاله بر این نکته تأکید می‌کند که رفع این موانع مستلزم سیاست‌گذاری دقیق، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، توانمندسازی معلمان، بازنگری در برنامه‌های درسی و تقویت فرهنگ استفاده از فناوری در محیط‌های آموزشی است. چنین رویکردی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز بهبود کیفیت آموزش مهارتی و افزایش کارآمدی هنرستان‌ها در پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای بازار کار باشد.

In recent decades, educational technologies have become one of the most important tools for improving the quality of teaching and learning in educational systems. Vocational schools, as institutions responsible for training skilled human resources, need to make purposeful use of these technologies more than other educational levels. However, the process of implementing educational technologies in vocational schools faces numerous barriers and challenges that can reduce the effectiveness of technical and vocational education. This article aims to analyze the most significant barriers and challenges to the use of educational technologies in vocational schools through a review-based and analytical approach. The findings indicate that these challenges can be categorized into several main areas: infrastructural and equipment limitations; insufficient budgets and financial resources; weak technological skills among teachers and students; resistance to change; the absence of coherent educational planning; incompatibility between curricular content and modern tools; and inadequate managerial and institutional support. It was also found that, due to the practical and skill-oriented nature of education in vocational schools, the lack of up-to-date technologies suited to technical fields has a more negative impact on the quality of education. Ultimately, the article emphasizes that overcoming these barriers requires sound policymaking, infrastructure development, teacher empowerment, curriculum revision, and the strengthening of a culture of technology use in educational environments. Such an approach can help improve the quality of skills-based education and enhance the effectiveness of vocational schools in responding to labor-market needs.
