شناسایی چالش‌های حرفه‌ای مشاوران مدارس در مواجهه با مسائل روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان

مشاوره مدرسه به عنوان یکی از ارکان اساسی نظام تعلیم و تربیت، نقش مهمی در شناسایی، پیشگیری و مداخله در مسائل روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان ایفا می‌کند. با گسترش پیچیدگی‌های اجتماعی، خانوادگی، تحصیلی و عاطفی در زندگی دانش‌آموزان، انتظار از مشاوران مدارس برای پاسخ‌گویی مؤثر به نیازهای روانی و رفتاری آنان افزایش یافته است. با این حال، مشاوران مدارس در عمل با مجموعه‌ای از چالش‌های حرفه‌ای مواجه‌اند که توانایی آنان را در ارائه خدمات تخصصی محدود می‌سازد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مهم‌ترین چالش‌های حرفه‌ای مشاوران مدارس در مواجهه با مسائل روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان است. این مطالعه با روش مروری و با بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مقالات علمی، پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی و اسناد مرتبط با حوزه مشاوره مدرسه انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که چالش‌های مشاوران مدارس را می‌توان در چند محور اصلی طبقه‌بندی کرد: محدودیت در آموزش تخصصی و مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای، ابهام نقش و تراکم وظایف غیرتخصصی، کمبود امکانات و منابع حمایتی، ضعف همکاری میان مدرسه و خانواده، موانع فرهنگی و نگرش‌های منفی نسبت به مراجعه به مشاور، افزایش تنوع و شدت مشکلات روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان، و فشارهای اخلاقی و عاطفی ناشی از مسئولیت حرفه‌ای. بر اساس نتایج، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش تخصصی مشاوران، بازتعریف جایگاه حرفه‌ای آنان در مدرسه، و تقویت شبکه‌های حمایتی بین‌بخشی می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد مشاوران و سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان منجر شود.

School counseling, as one of the fundamental pillars of the education system, plays an important role in identifying, preventing, and intervening in students’ psychological problems. With the growing complexity of social, family, academic, and emotional life in students’ experiences, expectations from school counselors to respond effectively to their psychological and behavioral needs have increased. However, in practice, school counselors face a set of professional challenges that limit their ability to provide specialized services. The aim of the present study is to identify the most important professional challenges of school counselors in dealing with students’ psychological problems. This study was conducted as a review by examining library resources, scientific articles, domestic and international research, and documents related to the field of school counseling. The findings showed that the challenges faced by school counselors can be classified into several main categories: limitations in specialized training and professional skills, role ambiguity and the burden of non-specialized tasks, lack of facilities and supportive resources, weak collaboration between school and family, cultural barriers and negative attitudes toward seeking help from a counselor, increasing diversity and severity of students’ psychological problems, and ethical and emotional pressures arising from professional responsibility. Based on the results, improving the quality of counselors’ specialized training, redefining their professional status in schools, and strengthening intersectoral support networks can lead to better counselor performance and improved students’ mental health.
